Agrifood Technology – AACC Award Recipients
The American Association of Cereal Chemists (AACC) International Check Sample Program is an important quality tool for food-testing laboratories worldwide. The program enables subscribers to assess and strengthen quality standards by evaluating the accuracy and consistency of their test data.
Agrifood Technology has participated in various AACC Check test programs covering its scope of testing for over 15 years. Our performance in these programs to date have been assessed as good and we are pleased to announce that we have been awarded Certificates Of Recognition of Analytical Performance for achieving Outstanding Accuracy and Precision for 2012 for the following programs:
- Analysis of Dietary Fibre - which includes moisture, insoluble and soluble dietary fibre and total dietary fibre
- Analysis of Feed - which includes moisture, protein, ash, crude fibre, crude fat and calcium
- Analysis of Farinograph - which includes moisture, arrival time, peak time, stability, departure time and mixing tolerance index
Agrifood Technology is the only laboratory in Australia to be awarded the AACC International recognition for performance award.
