All orders within Australia are subject to a $15 packing and shipping fee, unless collected from 1st Floor 191 Racecourse Road, Kensington.
International orders are best handled by charging shipping costs to the receiver, but alternative arrangements can be made.

Items marked "N ex S" are not usually held in stock because of their infrequent sale.
These and any other items from our international suppliers (SDC, Testfabrics, EMPA, WFK) can be obtained on request.
It is recommended that such purchases be ordered well in advance of requirement, as it may be possible to include them in a routine delivery. In such cases, a firm price can be advised before the order is finalised.
Where special delivery is required, the cost will consist of:
- a firm price for the item itself
plus - all costs associated with shipping at cost.
* Nos 8 and 10 Cotton Ducks are not made for the purpose of abrasion testing, although they are used for this purpose. The manufacturer does not offer an assurance regarding their consistency and suitability for abrasion testing.
