If you are dissatisfied with any with any of AWTA Ltd's terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the services covered by these terms and conditions.

Before requesting any of these services it is your responsibility to ensure that you familiarise yourself with the Terms and Conditions associated with those services.

We may amend these terms at any time by notifying you, including in any one or more of the following ways:

• printing the amended terms on our Test Request forms;
• referring to the amendments and/or printing the amended terms in a newsletter or Fees List; or 
• posting the amended terms on this internet site.

Your continued use of the testing services or consulting services after such notice will constitute acceptance of the variation.
