Vendor Sale Declaration for Dark and/or Medullated Fibre Risk (DMFR) and Log of Chemical Use for use during the Transfer of Ownership of Sheep

This Declaration is for use by woolgrowers who are selling sheep and who wish to advise the buyer of the DMFR and/or Chemical Use status of these animals. The DMFR Declaration is for use by Merino woolgrowers on fleece and piece lines only, while the Chemical Use Declaration may be used for all sheep breeds. To be valid, the Declaration MUST be signed and dated by the owner or manager (vendor). Notes to assist in completing the form are provided

Wool Grower Declaration for the Determination of Dark and/or Medullated Fibre Risk (DMFR)

This Declaration is for use by woolgrowers whose wool does not have accompanying Classer’s Specification. The Declaration is for use by MERINO woolgrowers on fleece and piece lines only. Notes are provided to assist in understanding the scheme and the form.

Wool Grower Declaration for Dark and/or Medullated Fibre Risk (DMFR) and Chemical Use

This declaration is for use by woolgrowers when trading wool without an accompanying Classer’s Specification. The woolgrower must provide the completed wool description and declaration to their wool selling agent. The Declaration is for use by Merino woolgrowers on fleece and piece lines. The Chemical Use Declaration may be used for all sheep breeds. Notes are provided to assist in understanding the scheme and the form.

Wool Grower Declaration for Dark and/or Medullated Fibre Risk (DMFR) and Chemical Use

This form is for use where the Classer’s Specification does not include a DMFR or Chemical Use declaration or for large clips where more space is required. Mob Number is used to provide the link to the Classer’s Specification. The woolgrower must send both the completed declaration and Classer’s Specification form to their wool selling agent. DMFR Declaration is for use by Merino woolgrowers on fleece and piece lines only. Chemical Use Declaration may be used for all sheep breeds. Notes are provided to assist in understanding the scheme and the form

Wool Classer Specification and Vendor Declaration

This form provides facility for the wool classer specification and the vendor declaration for Dark & Medullated Fibre Risk and for Chemical Use to be placed on one form at the time of shearing. Notes to assist in completing the form are provided.
