The Australian Wool Processors Council Inc. (AWPC) is an industry organisation specifically established to represent the interests of wool processors such as Wool Scourers and Carbonisers, and Wool Textile Manufacturers. Membership is open to individual companies, which are involved in these industry sectors, subject to payment of a membership fee.

The Wool Scourers and Carbonisers Group and the Wool Textile Manufacturers Group formerly were separate associations, and each was a Member/Guarantor of AWTA Ltd, each appointing a director to the Company's Board. However, these organisations merged to form the AWPC. AWTA Ltd amended its articles to appoint the AWPC as a Member/Guarantor.

AWPC appoints 2 directors to the AWTA Ltd Board.
