Test Requests

Tests are requested using request forms that are specific for the particular tests. These may be obtained from the nearest AWTA Ltd Office.

In the case of routine core and grab sampling in brokers and private treaty merchant stores the weight note is treated as a request form. These are usually submitted in electronic rather than hard copy, although AWTA Ltd does require hard copies of the weight note for each sample for identification purposes, and to enable the Company to verify that electronically transmitted information is correct.
