Test Queries

AWTA Ltd makes provision for its clients to request repeat testing where a result is suspected to be incorrect. When this occurs, IWTO has defined set procedures that must be followed. These procedures are described in the IWTO Regulations associated with each IWTO Specification.

In some cases AWTA Ltd initiate internal repeat testing where its internal quality control procedures identify possible anomalies in the test results. These internal queries are handled using the same regulations.
