What is EST?

EST stands for Every Sheep Tested. This service was provided by AWTA Ltd to assist growers to benefit from Fleece Measurement testing by providing a simple ear tagging system whereby they could also allocate animals to specific and readily identifiable micron groups, based on the mid-side test results.
