Can you send me my results directly (ie not to the broker)?

Test results are always delivered to the person/organisation who requested AWTA Ltd to conduct the test.

In the case of submitted samples such as Fleece Measurement samples or samples obtained on-farm from classed lines, the test reports are returned directly to the person/organisation who submitted the samples. Most wool growers submit such samples directly and in these cases the results are returned directly to them. Other growers choose to submit such samples via their broker and in these cases the results are returned to the broker, unless the grower, via the broker specifies that the results to be sent directly to them.

In the case of Certificates, the sampling and testing is invariably requested by the broker on behalf of the wool grower client, and in mosts cases the results are transmitted electronically back to the broker. The broker then distributes the test results to the grower. The only information available to AWTA Ltd identifying the grower is the brand, and as this is not unique it is not sufficient to prove ownership of the wool.
