Corporate Governance Charter

Because AWTA Ltd is not listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) it is not subject to its requirements. Nevertheless the ASX’s Principles of Good Corporate Governance and Best Practice Recommendations are followed where they are applicable.

The role of the Board is to determine the policy, practices, management and operation of the Company and to facilitate the meeting of the Company’s objectives.

The Board has adopted a Charter that sets out its role and the role of individual Directors.
