Clause 30: Minutes of meetings

30. The Board shall cause minutes to be made of -

(a) names of members of the Board present at all meetings of the Authority and of the Board; and

(b) all proceedings at all meetings of the Authority and of the Board.

Such minutes shall be signed by the Chairman of the meeting at which the proceedings were held or by the Chairman of the next succeeding meeting.
