Introduction

The Articles of Association define how the members and officers run the company.

The Clauses of AWTA Ltd's Articles of Association can be accessed from the menu on the left hand side of this page. You may have to expand the menu to display all the menu items.

The clauses are grouped together under the Subjects incorporated in the Articles. When you click on a Subject, if there is more than one clause then the page will list the clauses with a direct link to each. You can also use the menu to expand the subjects where this is the case and access the clauses from the menu.

The first item in the menu provides a facility to SEARCH the Articles using key words.
